    Refund Policy

    Order Cancellation

    We accept order cancellations before the item has been shipped. If your order is cancelled prior to shipment, you will receive a full refund.
    Please note: If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

    Returns (if applicable)

    We accept returns on eligible products. You have the right to request a return within 30 days after delivery.

    To be eligible for a return:

    - The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

    - A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    - Please do not return your product to the manufacturer.

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    No restocking fees will be charged for product returns.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved:

    Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

    You can keep all five bonus gifts, even if you return the main product.
